Good when it works, but tech support is abysmal.
Careful attention to detail essential when setting up else program fall over and is VERY VERY hard to fix. Tech support are the worst I have ever seen in 25 years as IT provider. Treated me like I was a newby and simply would NOT listen to the problem as I could see it in front of me - decided early on in the 2 day stint of "support" that problem was with the email provider, rather than their "wobbly" program. Terminated tech support chats several times when I tried to send further info to show error was with their program , not ISP.
Having said that, when the stuff works it is quite good, we find it useful and I now have successful installs at 3 client sites - clients love it.
Reading the other posts it looks like people who get a successful install love it. People who have to deal with Tech Support hate the program. Not too hard to do the maths is it? 4Team should put a rocket up their smug, complacent Tech team - and if you think I may be soured at all, I was so p*&^%d of with the Tech Support people I copied the online support session to a Word document across the 2 days of torture they put me through.
With names. Still have it if 4Team is interested in lifting their game and properly supporting what I feel is quite a good product in itself.

We use this program to share MS Outlook calendars among the office. We have been doing it over a year now and pleased with a results. Pros:

Corrected Review.
I wanted to correct an error regarding redownloading. It also involves reinstalling in general. read on.This software and this company stinks! when I bought the software they advertised you need one license per computer. Nope, you need one license per logon, even if on the same computer. Now they advertise "one license per user" and "Lifetime License." Nope on that one too.
I travel a lot and my wife and I share calendars. We have a home desktop with two logons (hers/mine) that required two licenses. Plus we each have a laptop, two more licenses and no discounts. Worse, we got a major virus and I had to reload two computers. The 4Team guys would not allow me to reinstall the software without repurchasing the licenses. No way. Your right to reinstall the software (even if you have the files to reinstall) expires after a year! They have to regenerate a new license key on every reinstall and that is considered technical support (by them) and after one year you don't qualify. STAY AWAY form Share Calendar and 4 Team. They will rip you off each and every year on each and every product they sell.As for the program it stinks. I used it for a year. Generates tons of emails, many of which do not process properly unless you close and reopen Outlook. Worse is the customer service. I lived with it because I paid good money for it and was going to use it anyway. But after the "Technical Support" issue, never again.Spread the word and don't let these guys continue to rip people off.

Sharecalendar by 4Team .
This program is a MAJOR Joke! Appointments get dropped. Support staf at 4-Team blames everything on Microsoft. Generates hundreds of emails between computers most of which do not get processed properly. Unable to get refund from them regardless of the length of time since purchase.
