Careful attention to detail essential when setting up else program fall over and is VERY VERY hard to fix. Tech support are the worst I have ever seen in 25 years as IT provider. Treated me like I was a newby and simply would NOT listen to the problem as I could see it in front of me - decided early on in the 2 day stint of "support" that problem was with the email provider, rather than their "wobbly" program. Terminated tech support chats several times when I tried to send further info to show error was with their program , not ISP. Having said that, when the stuff works it is quite good, we find it useful and I now have successful installs at 3 client sites - clients love it. Reading the other posts it looks like people who get a successful install love it. People who have to deal with Tech Support hate the program. Not too hard to do the maths is it? 4Team should put a rocket up their smug, complacent Tech team - and if you think I may be soured at all, I was so p*&^%d of with the Tech Support people I copied the online support session to a Word document across the 2 days of torture they put me through. With names. Still have it if 4Team is interested in lifting their game and properly supporting what I feel is quite a good product in itself. Cheers.
